Payments & Refunds

All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds. However, we will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis if:

You were charged multiple times for the same product.
You did not receive your download link and customer support could not resolve the issue.
A technical error on our end prevented access to the purchased product.

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at connect@koasoluna.com with your order details.
