Refund & Return Policy
Effective February 16, 2025
All purchases made through Koa Soluna are for digital products, including eBooks and downloadable guides. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final, and refunds are generally not provided. Once a digital product has been purchased and accessed, it cannot be returned.
Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
- You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a processing error.
- You did not receive your download link after purchase and customer support was unable to resolve the issue.
- A technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing the product.
If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the conditions above, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at connect@koasoluna.com with your order details.
Exchanges & Download Issues
If you experience any issues downloading your purchased product, please reach out, and we will ensure you receive the correct files. Exchanges or replacements will be provided in cases where there was an error with the original file.
